Our Story

One day I heard a story that sparked my interest. A young mother with four children was given financial assistance. However, because of the lack of effective money management skills, the mom was unable to use the funds in a way that was beneficial to herself and her children. Listening to her story inspired me to do something to make a difference.

What if a system was developed to empower young single mothers to set achievable goals? What if they were educated in effective money management? How would assisting them to enhance their true potential, and making their dreams a reality impact their lives and their communities? Is there hope for single young women with repeated pregnancies and no financial, physical, spiritual or emotional support? With these questions in mind, a team was put in place, a plan developed and a project launched.
